After seeing III. Allegro, I had to have a good Albinoni, Tomaso cd. There is so much to love about Albinoni, Tomaso, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Albinoni, Tomaso on ‘III. Allegro’. Albinoni, Tomaso “Concerto No.5 in C, Op.9 (Anthony Camden - oboe, The London Virtuosi, con. John Georgiadis)” is an amazing album.
II. Adagio (non troppo) has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Albinoni, Tomaso’s strong vocals come to the fore. I. Allegro is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit.
