On the Italy charts, superstar Awesome Dre’ and The Hard Core Committee’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This album has some very good songs like Intro and Murder One. Lead single “Intro” and “Murder One” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. A fantastic track full of wonder. On The Rampage is another favourite of mine. Frankly Speaking catches attention immediately, Master of Philosophy - Awesome Dre’ and The Hard Core Committee first major hit. Top Choice is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. I find myself hearing bits of Intro here and there throughout my waking hours. Awesome Dre’ and The Hard Core Committee must have run out of lyrics on the next track Killer On Wax. Committing Rhymes is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Sex Fiend is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. Sackchasers defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. I Don’t Like You is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. You Can’t Hold Me Back on You Can’t Hold Me Back is solid and easy to listen to. Out of Reach is probably one of Awesome Dre’ and The Hard Core Committee’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to.
