I am not a real Ambient music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Hobbits and Spaceships’ really is amazing. Self-described as Ambient with lots of words, Bjorn Lynne and Seppo Hurme comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Bjorn Lynne and Seppo Hurme was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Bjorn Lynne and Seppo Hurme and Hobbits and Spaceships together. If I may, I suggest “Dimminuendo”. That one song is amazing!
This track is a great song that still never gets old. This track is clearly meant to showcase Bjorn Lynne and Seppo Hurme’s vocal abilities. A New Age is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Space Train is one of the best records ever. Graveyard is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Mikael - Lost In The Woods - This one is lively and fun. Space Deliria is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Hobbits and Spaceships have ended. Wave Of Aliens has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Fell Breeze Over Rhan from the beginning to the end. Cosmic Winds - For me, this is the best of the album. Charming song, great melody.
