Thom Yorke has compared writing for Deicide’s new album to that on ‘Legion’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. There is so much to love about Deicide, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. ‘Legion’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Satan Spawn, The Caco-Daemon and Dead But Dreaming is really good.
Dead But Dreaming is a very catchy tune. A great put together song. Deicide is hitting on all cylinders in Trifixion. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Holy Deception - I like this one. The sound in In Hell I Burn is really warm and Deicide’s signature voice is still very much present. Revocate The Agitator as a highlight of Legion contains a ton of astounding melodies.
