After debuting at No. 1 last week, Dizzy Gillespie’s album Live at the Village Vanguard falls to No. 2 with 756,000, a sales slide of 85%. Since Dizzy Gillespie last CD (Live at the Village Vanguard) on EMI Records back in 1992, I have felt a massive void in my life. There is so much to love about Dizzy Gillespie, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Check it every song is worth the money for the Live at the Village Vanguard CD!
On The Trail (Live) is one of my favorite songs by Dizzy Gillespie. Sweet Georgia Brown (Live) is really a nice song to relax and listen too.
