Heavenly Action (Single Edit) - Okay, I just talked about depth. I think Oh L’amour (Single Edit) is the best song Erasure has ever done. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. From the moment you listen to It Doesn’t Have To Be (Single Edit) you’re hooked. I can’t stop humming along Victim Of Love (Remix). I loved The Circus the first time I heard it. No Erasure song has come close to capturing my attention as Ship Of Fools did. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Some of the arrangements found on Pop The First 20 Hits are surprisingly edgy. Stop! (Fade Ending Edit) without a doubt is the standout song of Pop The First 20 Hits. Drama! is exquisite and different song. You Surround Me has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Blue Savannah is Erasure’s best work in years. Star - A catchy, upbeat tune. In Chorus the music gets its power. Love To Hate You is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Pop The First 20 Hits. One listen to the sheer beauty of Am I Right was all I needed. Erasure has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Take A Chance On Me - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites.
