It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Etienne Daho energies, virtually a rebirth. This album has some very good songs like Satori Theme and Epaule Tattoo. Etienne Daho’s debut, ‘Pop Satori’, does not fit easily into one genre. This album is a scorcher!
This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Paris le Flore is worth the money. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Quelqu’un Qui M’Ressemble - I just love it. Tombour la France make listening to Etienne Daho like being in some sort of time warp. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. In (Qui Sera) Demain, Mieux Que Moi Etienne Daho is at his best. Pari l’H is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Etienne Daho released so far. Duel au Soleil is really the reason why I recommend buying Pop Satori. Opening track Satori Pop Century shows the best of Etienne Daho. Overall a nice softer song.
