Front Line Assembly had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. On Tactical Neural Implant album, Front Line Assembly have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. This nine-song debut EP shows the promise that Front Line Assembly has. This is my first Front Line Assembly Album and i must say i am blown away.
The Blade is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Mindphaser is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Tactical Neural Implant have ended. Remorse is the amazing blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Don’t judge Bio Mechanic on the first listening. In Outcast you won’t find any flashy solos. Gun is simple, dignified and effective, Front Line Assembly refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Music in Lifeline is marvelous as in all tracks of Tactical Neural Implant.
