George Benson was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from George Benson and In Your Eyes together. It’s natural for George Benson to take a stab at ‘Love Will Come Again’ considering her long-professed love for Ondskapt. There is no doubt that George Benson has talent. One of George Benson’s best albums yet.
In Search Of A Dream is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Late At Night is the more seemingly obscure song on In Your Eyes that bear up best to repeated listening. Use Me catches attention immediately, Lady Love Me (One More Time) motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Inside Love (So Personal) has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Feel Like Making Love is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after In Your Eyes have ended. Being With You is one of the more up-tempo songs on In Your Eyes. Never Too Far To Fall is one of my favorite songs by George Benson. From the moment you listen to In Your Eyes you’re hooked.
