Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Green Day on ‘At the Library’. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Green Day’s album 1039-Smoothed Out Slappy Hours falls to No. 2 with 160,000, a sales slide of 81%. 1039-Smoothed Out Slappy Hours carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. 1039-Smoothed Out Slappy Hours is not something you should pass up.
Don’t Leave Me - I like this one. I Was There is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Disappearing Boy - Check out that bassline! Green Day defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Going to Pasalacqua (3:31) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. A fantastic track full of wonder. Rest is astounding work of Green Day. The Judge’s Daughter has a fun tempo. Paper Lanterns is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Why Do You Want Him- - Green Day first major hit. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Green Day is one of artists that allow his songs like Knowledge to stand on their own and be heard. 1000 Hours is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Dry Ice is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Only of You - This is a very lively song. The One I Want is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. I Want to be Alone is really the reason why I recommend buying 1039-Smoothed Out Slappy Hours.
