Now signed to Happy Rhodes’s SixSteps records, the title track from second album “Warpaint” leads Happy Rhodes’s back-to-school campaign. There is no doubt that Happy Rhodes has talent. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Happy Rhodes’s album Warpaint falls to No. 2 with 379,000, a sales slide of 53%. Overall, I would highly recommend Warpaint CD.
This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. After you’ve listened to Murder, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. To Live In Your World is probably one of Happy Rhodes’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Phobos is astounding. Wrong Century has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Lay Me Down catches attention immediately, Terra Incognita - A strong beat. All Things (Mia Ia Io) on Warpaint is solid and easy to listen to. Words Weren’t Made For Cowards - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Warpaint is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. The song feels complete.
