It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Hiroshima energies, virtually a rebirth. ‘Providence’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This is the first studio album from Hiroshima since bad diagnosis in 1992. Providence constantly brilliant.
Cry Of The Sea is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Providence. I loved Turning Point the first time I heard it. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Island World is my favorite song on Providence. Ribbon In The Sky is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. You can find feelings on this piece of art. This track is a great song that still never gets old. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Providence is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. It’s such an underrated song.
