This album has some very good songs like Preludio Y Festejo and Sensemaya. There is no doubt that Inti-Illimani has talent. This is the first studio album from Inti-Illimani since bad diagnosis in 1990. Leyenda is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Inti-Illimani must have run out of lyrics on the next track Sensemaya. Music in Farruca, Huajra is excellent as in all tracks of Leyenda. I’ve found myself listening to Crynicas De Una Auserncia back to back and back many times. Alondras - arguably the best track on Leyenda album. Juanita Laguna Remonta Un Barrilete is excellent song though, very addictive. David Of The White Rock, La Fiesta De La Tirana - Check out that bassline! Candidos - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Tarantella, Canna Austina is one of the best records ever.
