Concerts - La Defense is an amazing album, racked with beauty.One of Jean Michel Jarre’s best albums yet.
This song is dynamic and dramatic. Album opener Equinoxe 4 is a bright, upbeat ditty. Souvenir De China is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Concerts - La Defense couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Chants Magnetiques 2. This is probably my favorite song on the album. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Concerts - La Defense is Rendez-Vous 2. Revolution - A nice song. Calypso 1 is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Calypso 2 gives good insight into the truths. The first time I listened to Calypso 3 I was struck by its gorgeous sound.
