Jello Biafra With D.O.A. had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. It’s natural for Jello Biafra With D.O.A. to take a stab at ‘That’s Progress’ considering her long-professed love for Depeche Mode. Since completing 1989’s ‘That’s Progress’, Jello Biafra With D.O.A. fulfilled their contract with SixSteps records and where under no obligation to release another album. This is my first Jello Biafra With D.O.A. Album and i must say i am blown away.
Music of Attack Of The Peacekeepers is gentle, never overbearing. Wish I Was In El Salvador is the more seemingly obscure song on Last Scream Of The Missing Neighbors that bear up best to repeated listening. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Last Scream Of The Missing Neighbors is Power Is Boring. I have all of Jello Biafra With D.O.A.’s tracks and We Gotta Get Out Of This Place is probably the most his introspective effort. Full Metal Jackoff is almost impossible to review.
