It’s natural for John Kerr to take a stab at ‘Aurora Choralis’ considering her long-professed love for East 17. There is so much to love about John Kerr, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Jim Jones has compared writing for John Kerr’s new album to that on ‘Norland’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. I wish that “Norland” album was instrumental.
This is one hell of a track. Music and lyrics of Caress Of Ice creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. I like Promise Of Spring because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Polar Choralis great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Excellent vocals and musical performances. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Once Hymn Of The Midnight Sun gets in your head, it will NEVER leave.
