Build Myself A Cave - John Lee Hooker first major hit. Momma Poppa Boogie is beautiful, yet underrated track. Graveyard Blues is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Sailing Blues one of the best in my collection. Voice and instruments in Black Cat Blues complement each other. Miss Sadie Mae is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Canal Street Blues is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. I like the agression and power of Huckle Up Baby. Goin’ Down Highway 51 rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Once Sail On, Little Girl, Sail On gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Alberta (Part 2) is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. I think My Baby’s Got Something is the best song John Lee Hooker has ever done. Song Boogie Children #2 is actually a funny song. 21 Boogie is one of the more up-tempo songs on Graveyard Blues. John Lee Hooker rocks harder than ever with Rollin’ Blues.
