Self-described as Avantgarde with lots of words, John Moran comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. There were many famous songs of John Moran available. After seeing Night Highway #1, I had to have a good John Moran cd. Great Avantgarde right here!
Tate House (Early Morning) - Okay, I just talked about depth. First time I heard The Prosecutor At Death Train Station Five was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Subject The Beatles is the funkiest number on the album. Rape Music (Intro) great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Subject Lynette Fromme catches attention immediately, Charlie In A Field - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Susan Atkins On Night Highway #2 is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Subject Charles Manson is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Good Morning! … It’s The Beatles have really caught my ear and imagination. Raid On Spahn - This is a very lively song. Voice of John Moran in Susan Atkins, On The Stairway Of Justice is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Night Highway #3 is one of the coolest songs John Moran has ever recorded. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. The Family In A Courtroom is another strong production from John Moran. The Judge is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Subject Charles (No Name) Manson is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever.
