John Surman Road To Saint Ives MP3

John Surman Road To Saint Ives imageRoad To Saint Ives carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of John Surman on ‘Bedruthan Steps’. Road To Saint Ives is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Bedruthan Steps and Marazion is really good.

Marazion is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Piperspool is a bit of a show-tune. Blew our minds when we first heard Kelly Bray. Bodmin Moor (6:41) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! After few listenings I started to like Perranporth more and more. I came to like Lostwithiel. Listening to Mevagissey you can hear that John Surman has still amazing chemistry with band members. In Rame Head the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Trethevy Quoit on Road To Saint Ives is solid and easy to listen to. Tintagel is just simply stunning. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Road To Saint Ives.
