For older fans Burning Head will put a massive smile accross your face. Kevin Coyne’s debut, ‘Burning Head’, does not fit easily into one genre. Burning Head carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. I Love Burning Head from start to finish!
Sugar Daddy - This is a very lively song. I find myself hearing bits of Emperor’s New Clothes here and there throughout my waking hours. Beautiful City is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Kevin Coyne breathes new life into the music in Skinhead In Heaven. I like to sing along with Wrong Song, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. I can’t stop playing Hope The Devil Don’t Come. It’s Amazing is the most memorable and astounding. The first time I listened to Hardhearted I was struck by its gorgeous sound. Music of Redlight is gentle, never overbearing. Allah Calling - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Kevin Coyne rocks harder than ever with Totally Naked. Best song on the album, love it. This song stands out greatly from the others.
