two years ago, Kraftwerk briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “House Phone”. This is one of the best Cd’s Kraftwerk has dropped to date. John Digester has compared writing for Kraftwerk’s new album to that on ‘The Telephone Call’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. I Love The Telephone Call from start to finish!
This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Der Telephon Anruf (Remix) is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Kraftwerk ever produced.
