It’s A Game carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Since Les McKeown last CD (It’s A Game) on Blue Note Records back in 1989, I have felt a massive void in my life. On It’s A Game album, Les McKeown have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. It’s A Game is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Love Is Just A Breath Away is pretty funky and mellow. It’s such an underrated song. Love Hurts And Love Heals [lon is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Looking For Love is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Natural Lover is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. I Need Your Love is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is I’ll Be Your Lover because the melody in the chorus is so good.
