After seeing Juke, I had to have a good Little Walter cd. On the Thailand charts, superstar Little Walter’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Since completing 1992’s ‘Juke’, Little Walter fulfilled their contract with ForeFront Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
I like the idea behind Studio Chatter. This song is dynamic and dramatic. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Some call I Just Want To Make Love To You from Super Blues as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. The opening track You Can’t Judge A Book By The Cover is very much like you would expect from other albums. What sets Bo Diddley apart is Little Walter’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. I’m A Man - a classic song. Who Do You Love (4:15) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! It took me a little time but I ended up loving Long Distance Call. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Sad Hours.
