The sound in A Brief Glimpse is really warm and Lycia’s signature voice is still very much present. Although November is very melodic it is far from sad. I believe Fate is one of the most excellent, heartfelt songs ever written. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Lycia. Renewal which is my favorite is a truly Lycia sounding song. Lycia emotions are reflected through This Moment. Music in Monsoon I (anticipation) is exquisite as in all tracks of Ionia. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. The Realization had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Distant Eastern Glare is almost impossible to review.
