While no new Madonna album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1987 tour in North America. You Can Dance is an amazing album, racked with beauty.After seeing Spotlight, I had to have a good Madonna cd. This is my first Madonna Album and i must say i am blown away.
It’s such an underrated song. Although Everybody is very melodic it is far from sad. The sound of Physical Attraction is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. The song feels complete. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Voice and instruments in Where’s The Party complement each other. Holiday (Dub Version) is the song that really did it for me. Madonna has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Some of the arrangements found on You Can Dance are surprisingly edgy.
