nine years ago, Mickey Hart briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “02. Island Grove”. There were many famous songs of Mickey Hart available. Planet Drum is an amazing album, racked with beauty.This album is a scorcher!
02. Island Grove is outstanding work of Mickey Hart. 03. Light Over Shadow - a classic song. 04. Dance Of The Hunter’s Fire is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Voice of Mickey Hart in 05. Jewe (You Are The One) is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. 06. The Hunt one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. 07. Temple Caves actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Mickey Hart’s face. As always, Mickey Hart’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. 09. Bones gives good insight into the truths. 10. Lost River is the albums biggest surprise. I like to sing along with 11. Evening Samba, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. 12. Iyanu (Surprises) - My least favorite song on this album. This track is clearly meant to showcase Mickey Hart’s vocal abilities.
