Disappointed (Feat. Electronic) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This is one of the best Cd’s Pet Shop Boys has dropped to date. Self-described as Alternative with lots of words, Pet Shop Boys comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. I wish that “Disappointed (Feat. Electronic)” album was instrumental.
Dissapointed (12” Remix # 808 Mix) gives taste of what makes Pet Shop Boys special as a musician. Idiot Country Two is the more seemingly obscure song on Disappointed (Feat. Electronic) that bear up best to repeated listening. Disappointed (original Mix) has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album.
