This album has some very good songs like Destination Unknown and Assault On Station 5. Sly and Robbie A Dub Experience Reggae Greats carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Sly and Robbie’s debut, ‘Sly and Robbie A Dub Experience Reggae Greats’, does not fit easily into one genre. This album is a scorcher!
Assault On Station 5 is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Sly and Robbie has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Demolition City is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Musically Computer Malfunction is superior to other tracks in Sly and Robbie A Dub Experience Reggae Greats. The first time I listened to Jailbreak I was struck by its exquisite sound. Skull & Crossbones is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Back To Base is one of the coolest songs Sly and Robbie has ever recorded.
