Jazz in Silhouette is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Jazz in Silhouette carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. There is so much to love about Sun Ra Arkestra, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Jazz in Silhouette constantly brilliant.
All of songs on Jazz in Silhouette and have something to say letting alone Saturn. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Ancient Aiethopia is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Hours After (3:46) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Horoscope has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. In Images the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Blues At Midnight very upbeat.
