Entreat (Live) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. It’s natural for The Cure to take a stab at ‘Pictures Of You’ considering her long-professed love for East 17. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by The Cure. Exciting stuff.
Close Down is worth the money. Last Dance is a bit different from The Cure stereotypical stuff. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Players For Rain is simple, dignified and effective, The Cure refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Homesick gives taste of what makes The Cure special as a musician. Voice and instruments in Untitled complement each other.
