Since completing 1991’s ‘Jah Shall Reign’, Twinkle Brothers fulfilled their contract with Capitol Records and where under no obligation to release another album. It’s natural for Twinkle Brothers to take a stab at ‘Jah Shall Reign’ considering her long-professed love for Ondskapt. This nine-song debut EP shows the promise that Twinkle Brothers has. Twinkle Brothers is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Give Us The Power is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Rasta Surface - To me, this is the best song on the Rasta Surface. New Day - This one makes me want to not only sing along. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Africa is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Rise And Shine - A nice song. Zion is possibly the best song Twinkle Brothers has come up.
