Yello was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Yello and The New Mix In One Go (1980-1985) together. I am not a real Dance music type of person, but i have to admit ‘The New Mix In One Go (1980-1985)’ really is amazing. It has been three years Yello’ last studio CD, “The New Mix In One Go (1980-1985)” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This is one of Yello best albums
Swing is a strong cut, one of many. The Evening’s Young one of the best in my collection. Pinball Cha Cha is one of the best records ever. I Love You gets you up and jumping. Vicious Games is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Sometimes (Dr. Hirsch) - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Base For Alec is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. The sound in Oh Yeah is really warm and Yello’s signature voice is still very much present. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. I came to like Tub Dub. Angel No is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Yello ever produced. Desire is a good listen every once in a while. It’s such an underrated song. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Domingo - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Bostich is beautiful, yet underrated track. Live At The Roxy - Check out that bassline!
